Grupo Bancolombia Structure

According to the definition contained in article 2 of Law 1870 of 2017, a financial conglomerate is a group of entities made up of institutions supervised by the Financial Superintendence of Colombia, its national and foreign financial subsidiaries, and legal persons and vehicles which control the above. 

Through Resolution Number 0156 of 2019, on February 6, 2020, the Financial Superintendence of Colombia identified the entities that are part of the Sura - Bancolombia Financial Conglomerate, which are listed here.
