These products can be disbursed according to the client’s decision in two ways:

Sustainable Construction Loan: It is financed through a credit disbursed in full to the applicant.
Sustainable Construction Leasing: It is financed according to the client’s needs through a financial lease with an option to purchase.

What Projects Can Be Financed?

The project must have a sustainability certification scheme (LEED, EDGE, Referential CASA Colombia, BREEAM, COREL, or any valid certification in Colombia) or be in the process of obtaining one.

Funding may include the cost of certification, hiring experts, and training team members in one or more certifications.
