In 2017, we incorporated a methodology to measure our suppliers’ sustainability performance into the strategy, including a commitment to protect, respect, and remedy human rights; thus, complying with environmental, legal, occupational health and safety standards, incorporating corporate social responsibility, and managing impacts on climate change and corporate governance. Using the B LAB “B Impact Assessment” tool to create and generate shared value for stakeholders.

Governance:

Supplier initiatives to improve relations with their collaborators, giving them access to financial information and improving the relationship with their clients by seeking feedback, thus, obtaining transparency for stakeholders.

Evaluate vendor policies, practices, and certifications related to human rights, compensation, benefits, and education.

Community:

Evaluates practices with the community, such as generating employment for vulnerable people, for the population in their operational areas, managing unemployment obstacles, and joining volunteering schemes.

We have connection mechanisms through the Code of Ethics and the Ethics hotline. The mechanisms were designed to report any possible violation of human rights, unethical practices, illegal violations, or other violations deemed UNACCEPTABLE by the organization.
